I just purchased some of the candied smoked salmon and I have to say there is nothing in the Pacific Northwest that tastes this good. I've tried every type of smoked salmon at the Pikes Place Market and none of them compare. I have served my friends this salmon and they all agree that it is the best they have ever had. This is the tastiest salmon in the world. The guys at B&E know how to marinade meat and seafood. You have to try them.
