The smoked chicken is wonderful, moist and not too salty. I buy extra so I can strip the meat and heat in a skillet with garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin and black beans. Chop some tomatoes, lettuce and shred cheese for topping in a soft tortilla. Yum!
